1) Booking conditions

General booking conditions:

  • An apartment is considered booked only after the client has received an official booking confirmation.
  • By booking an apartment, the client implicitly accepts our terms and conditions and cancellation policy, and acknowledges that the apartment meets their requirements.
  • A tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night applies to stays within Genoa city limits. Children under 14 years old are exempt.
  • Tourist tax: €2.00 per person per night, maximum 8 nights.
  • Warning: We manage apartments in different municipalities in Liguria. Each municipality has its own tourist tax rules, including amount, maximum number of nights, and child exemptions.

Please contact us to receive details related to the municipality where you intend to book.

  • For properties not marked with “Book now”, or to request information through our booking agents, please email info.liguria@iflat.it.
  • The apartment is officially booked only after the agency sends the booking confirmation.

Online booking procedure:

  1. Online booking is available for properties listed on our internal website: https://iflatliguria.kross.travel/
  2. Click on “Select the dates for your stay” and enter your preferred dates and number of guests.
  3. View the apartments available for the selected period and choose your preferred one.
  4. Click on “Book” and enter all required personal and credit card details.
  5. Click on “Confirm booking” to complete the reservation.

2) Check-in / Check-out times

Check-in is available from 15:00 to 01:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the day of departure.

If check-in occurs outside standard hours, the following fees apply:

  • Late check-in between 20:00 and 23:00: €25.00 (cash upon arrival)
  • Late check-in between 23:00 and 01:00: €40.00 (cash upon arrival)

Before arrival, iflat will contact you by email or message to request your expected arrival time in Genoa (or the selected municipality) and at the apartment.

Check-in cannot be guaranteed if this information is not provided.

Guests are kindly asked to inform us of any delays.

3) Apartment conditions

  • Apartment descriptions are accurate and truthful.
  • The apartment will be cleaned and prepared for the number of guests indicated in the booking.
  • The client is responsible for any damage caused to furniture or objects during the stay.
  • Any issues or damages found at check-in must be reported immediately.
  • The group leader named in the booking confirmation is responsible for any damages.
  • Keys are collected during check-in and must be returned at check-out.
  • The number of guests declared at booking cannot be changed during the stay.

House rules:

  • Pets are not allowed
  • Smoking is not allowed
  • Parties and events are strictly forbidden
